Griffith Roofing Co., Inc. was founded in 1926 by Mr. Russel

Griffith of Dallas, Texas and was later incorporated in 1957.

The first 56 yrs of our existence we were located at 3615

Ross Avenue near downtown Dallas. We have since then re-

located our business to Rockwall, Texas where we continue

to do business at this time. Our goal for the last 89 yrs has

been to do our very best to accommodate our customers

every demand with regards to their roofing needs.

Since 1926 Griffith Roofing has built a company that offers

pride, service and excellence in all systems, such as, mois-

ture intrusion, thermal and corrosion solutions for industry,

commercial, and residential applications. We specialize in all

roofing applications to include all types of asphalt shingles,

metal roofing, built up tar & gravel, modified bitumen mem-

brane, single ply, (TPO, EPDM, PVC), & liquid membrane

roof systems that are superior to all others and yield all in-

clusive warranties covering labor and materials for periods of

10 to 20 yrs.

We also specialize in many highly innovative specialty coat-

ings for Thermal, moisture barrier, & protective surfacing ap-

plication. Our in house metal fabrication shop has the

capabilities to fabricate most of your flashing and custom

metal fabrication needs. We are currently certified with

Carlisle, Duro-Last, US Ply, CertainTeed, Gaco-Western, Fox

Fire Green Tech, and Triton Industries so that we may offer

you total system warranties on all your commercial flat roof &

metal roof system applications for periods up to 50 years de-

pending on the specific application & manufacture. These

manufacture bonded warranty systems will cover your total

roof system, including both labor & materials, for the entire

warranty period specified and are not prorated.

We are also very knowledgeable regarding commercial roof-

ing system mechanics, installation processes, and detection

of storm related damages. We can offer confident and pro-

fessional representation with any insurance claims or expert

witness necessities you might incur in the future.
